Position Overview
We are hiring a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our expanding team.
You will:

Conduct comprehensive new patient and follow-up visits

Develop personalized treatment plans using functional medicine principles

Order and interpret laboratory testing
-
Prescribe medications and supplements when appropriate

Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and root-cause healing

Collaborate closely with providers and staff

Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Schedule & Work-Life Balance (Yes, Really)

Monday–Friday schedule, weekends at your discretion

Qualifications

Licensed (or license-eligible) Nurse Practitioner in Delaware

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Interest in functional/integrative medicine
-
Team-oriented mindset
Functional medicine experience is not required — curiosity, integrity, and a desire to learn are.
