Fatigue, Brain Fog, and Fibromyalgia Care in Middletown, Delaware
Being tired all the time, losing your train of thought, or living with widespread pain can wear you down. Many people we meet have been told their tests are normal and that they just need more rest. If that sounds familiar, we'd like to help you look deeper.
We'll call you within 1 business day. Requests welcome evenings and weekends.
At Functional Medicine of Delaware, we take time to hear your full story. Fatigue, brain fog, and fibromyalgia often have more than one piece behind them, so we look at the whole picture instead of one symptom at a time.
Concerns we often see
- Gut & digestive issues
- Fatigue & low energy
- Brain fog
- Hormone & menopause symptoms
- Autoimmune concerns
- Fibromyalgia
- Stress that won't lift

Our approach, starting with the gut
We start with the gut, since digestion affects how well you absorb the nutrients your body uses for energy. From there we look at stress and cortisol patterns, sleep, blood sugar, nutrient levels, thyroid function, inflammation, and the nervous system. When it makes sense, we use lab testing to guide the plan.
Your provider explains what we find in plain language and builds a step-by-step plan with you. That may include nutrition changes, sleep and stress support, supplements, and nervous system care. We check in along the way and adjust as needed.
Who we help
We see adults dealing with ongoing fatigue, brain fog, fibromyalgia, burnout, and stress who want a provider to listen and help them find a way forward.

Common questions
Why am I always tired even though my labs are normal?
Standard labs don't always show the full picture. We look at digestion, stress and cortisol, sleep, nutrients, thyroid, and more to find what may be behind your fatigue.
Do you help with brain fog?
Yes. We look at digestion, blood sugar, sleep, stress, and nutrient levels, which can all affect focus and memory, and build a plan with you.
Do you see patients with fibromyalgia?
Yes. We look at the whole picture, including gut health, sleep, stress, and the nervous system, and work with you on a personal plan alongside your other doctors.
What happens at the first visit?
Your provider reviews your health history and symptoms in detail, talks about what testing may help, and outlines next steps with you.
What insurance do you take?
In-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Cigna, and Delaware Medicaid. We can bill out of network to all other plans except Medicare.
