Our approach, starting with the gut
We start with the gut because digestion, food, and the skin and immune system are closely tied together. For children with ADHD, eczema, or food intolerance, we review diet, digestion, sleep, and family history. When it makes sense, we may suggest lab testing.
Your provider explains things in plain language and builds a plan that is realistic for your family. That may include nutrition changes, careful food trials, supplements, and routines that support sleep and calm. We keep plans kid-friendly and check in to adjust as your child grows.
Who we help
We see children and teens with ADHD and focus concerns, eczema and other skin issues, food intolerance, and digestive complaints, along with parents who want a partner in their child's care.

Common questions
Do you see children?
Yes. We see children and teens, and we work alongside your child's pediatrician.
How does functional medicine help with ADHD?
We look at nutrition, digestion, sleep, and daily routines that can affect focus and behavior, and build a family-friendly plan with you. We don't ask you to stop care your child already has.
Can gut health affect my child's eczema?
Digestion, food, and the immune system are closely connected, so we start with the gut when looking at eczema, along with skin care, nutrition, and other factors.
How do you look into food intolerance?
We review your child's diet, symptoms, and history and may suggest testing or a careful, guided food trial so your child keeps eating a balanced diet.
Do you offer virtual visits for kids?
Virtual visits are available for families in Delaware and Maryland. Families from New Jersey and Pennsylvania are welcome in person at our Middletown office.
