Our approach, starting with the gut
Much of the immune system lives in and around the gut, so we start there. We look at digestion, food sensitivities, nutrient levels, stress, sleep, and inflammation. When it makes sense, we order a fuller set of labs than a standard check, so we can see more of the picture.
Your provider walks you through the results in plain language and builds a personal plan with you. That may include nutrition changes, targeted supplements, lifestyle steps, and medication options when appropriate. We follow up over time and adjust the plan as we learn what helps you.
Who we help
We see adults with Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism, and other autoimmune concerns, as well as people with symptoms who want to understand what's going on.

Common questions
Do you treat Hashimoto's?
Yes. We look at thyroid function, the immune system, digestion, nutrition, and stress, and build a personal plan with you. We're happy to work alongside your current doctors.
What thyroid labs do you look at?
When it makes sense, we may look at a fuller thyroid panel and related markers, beyond a single screening test. Your provider explains what each result means for you.
Why start with the gut for autoimmune concerns?
Much of the immune system sits in and around the gut. Supporting digestion is often a helpful first step in an autoimmune plan.
Can I keep seeing my endocrinologist?
Yes. We work alongside your other providers and can share information with them when you'd like us to.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Virtual visits are available for Delaware and Maryland residents. Patients from New Jersey and Pennsylvania are welcome in person at our Middletown office.
